We recently went on a romantic escape to a heritage hotel and were blown away by the beautiful architecture and serene surroundings. The hotel was located outside the hustle and bustle of the busy city, offering us peace and tranquility. We loved being surrounded by nature and enjoyed the fresh air outside of our room. The staff were also fantastic, providing excellent service every step of the way. The room we stayed in had a comfortable bed and a fantastic view overlooking the city.

While we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we did have a few minor complaints. the Wi-Fi could have been stronger, as we found it difficult to connect at times.

The Heritage Club - Tripura Castle delivered exactly what I had hoped for during my stay. The old world charm of the hotel's setting was simply delightful. The cleanliness of the place was commendable, kudos to the hardworking housekeeping staff. While the restaurant menu was somewhat limited, the food served was of good quality. The staff, though not overly smiley, were friendly and attentive. I appreciated the peaceful and quiet atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
